Situated in the Tochigi Utsunomiya, there is a mysterious underground space called the Oya Museum. This place used to be a former mining area which was in use from 1919 to 1986 and was abandoned since then. Since the area is huge and low temperature is maintained, therefore it was once used as secret warehouse, government granary, wine cellar, etc.
